Who it's for

Apps for HR, kept to the people who should see them

HR teams build onboarding checklists, leave trackers and request forms with AI, and those apps hold personal data. On Forculus each one is private behind your company's sign-in, opened only by the people you share it with, and anyone you remove loses access within 60 seconds.

Updated

Choose who sees it

Share an app with the HR group, with one manager by email, or with the whole company for a form everyone fills in. People sign in with a code sent to their work address, a passkey, Google or Microsoft. See Share an app.

When someone leaves

Remove them from the workspace and every app they could open closes to them within 60 seconds, open connections included. With company single sign-on, SCIM removes them when your identity provider does. That's an Enterprise feature, included on Business for early customers for a limited time. See Single sign-on and SCIM.

Where the data is kept

Our own database, with accounts, sharing and settings, is in Singapore, in AWS ap-southeast-1. Each app's database and files are kept by Cloudflare, in the region nearest whoever created the app. See Where data is kept and the Data Processing Addendum.

A record of who opened it

The audit log has every request let in or refused, with the person's name, and every change to who can open each app. An owner can export the whole workspace, the log included, on every plan.

Questions

Can someone forward the link to a person outside the company?

They can send it, but the person can't open the app unless it's shared with them. Allowed email domains can keep sharing to addresses at your company.

Can a form be open to the whole company?

Yes. Share it with everyone at your company's email domain, or open it to the whole workspace. Everyone still signs in, so the app knows who filled it in.

Do people need an account first?

No. Someone you share an app with signs in with a code sent to their email, a passkey, Google or Microsoft, and needs no seat.
