Who it's for

Apps for finance teams, open only to finance

Finance teams build expense forms, forecasts and payment trackers with Claude Code, Codex or Cursor. On Forculus each one goes live behind your company's sign-in, shared with the finance group and nobody else, with the payment or database keys kept out of its code and every visit logged.

Updated

Share it with the people who need it

Share an app with a group, such as finance, with single people by email, or with everyone at your company's domain. A viewer can use the app but not change it. Someone who isn't on the list is turned away before the app sees their request, and can ask for access, which the owner approves or denies.

forculus share acme/expenses --group finance

Keys stay out of the code

An app that calls Stripe or another payment API never holds the key. You store it with us, and our outbound proxy adds it to the app's requests to that host. Each app can be held to a list of the hosts it may call, so a form can't send data anywhere else. See Secrets.

The app's own database, with a way back

Each app can have a database of its own. A workspace owner can put it back as it was at any minute in the last 30 days, and export it as SQL at any time. See Backups and restore.

Who opened what

The audit log records every request let in or refused, with the person's name, and every change to who can open the app. Owners and admins can read it on the Activity page or export it.

Start from a template

forculus init internal-tool writes a list your team shares and adds to, kept in the app's own database, that already checks who is calling. Ask your coding agent to turn it into the form you need, then deploy it. See Start from a template.

Questions

Can the app tell who submitted an expense?

Yes. Every request reaches the app with a signed token naming the person, which our SDKs check in one call, so the app can record who sent each entry.

What happens when someone leaves finance?

Take them out of the group or the workspace and their access ends within 60 seconds, open connections included.

What does it cost?

Free covers three apps and three people, with no card. Team is $49 a month and Business is $215 a month, per workspace. Viewers don't count. See Pricing.
